Customer Reviews

Great and thorough job for our building inspectionThank you Rod

Used Rod twice now and both times he was able to find things that others didn’t. Highly recommend.

I can’t go past the quality of service that Rod provides. He is thoroughly knowledgeable and professional in his building and pest reports. He took the time to follow up and answer all my questions and left me with a clear understanding of the condition of the property he inspected, and the options I had to remediate. The report was detailed and thorough. He identified many more issues at the property than another inspector had done previously. His work is superior and he will spend the time talking through the report with you. Rod certainly has a sharp eye for detail.

Rod was great to deal with, super efficient and reliable!

Great service and great price

Excellent attention to detailThorough inspection with feedback afterwards.

Highly Recommend! Rod recently completed a B&P inspection on a rural property for my partner and I in Eudlo. So thankful for his thoroughness and patience with all our questions as we walked around the property with him. Following his inspection and recommendations, we had further inspections carried out that provided us with a comprehensive picture and cost of what we were buying. This allowed us to negotiate a final purchase price with confidence and supporting paperwork. Thanks Rod!

In a world where substandard building work is becoming all too common, you need someone on your side who knows the standards, understands the regulations, and isn't afraid to call things out when they're not right.I first came across Rod from Sharpeye Building Inspections when I was selling my home. He was engaged by the buyers to carry out their inspection, and that's how we met. After purchasing my new home, I asked Rod to conduct my PCI inspection because, like many people, I had invested a significant amount of money into what was meant to be my dream home.Unfortunately, building a new home doesn't always go to plan, and dealing with a building company can sometimes leave you feeling like you're on your own. That's where Rod made all the difference. He produced a comprehensive and incredibly detailed report that clearly identified defects, substandard workmanship, and areas of non-compliance with Australian building standards. His attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge were outstanding.Throughout the process, Rod provided honest advice, clear explanations, and exceptional support. He was a pleasure to deal with and gave me confidence that my concerns were being taken seriously.Without a doubt, engaging Sharpeye Building Inspections was one of the best investments I've made throughout my building journey.Thank you, Rod, for your dedication, expertise, and unwavering support. I highly recommend Sharpeye Building Inspections to anyone looking for an independent professional who genuinely has their best interests at heart.
